1. *Eligibility:*
Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 2 of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at call- 7385958609 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
3. *Return Shipping:*
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. *Refunds/Exchanges:*
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 days of the item being received back in its original condition.
5. *Non-Returnable Items:*
